The structure of E2 is a top-level management organization and the engineering leadership is provided by E2's, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ms. Altrell Bing-Ellis, our President/CEO, Mr. Benjamin D. Ellis, Sr., and the divisional Directors. They have extensive experience in technical problem solving, hardware/software development, testing and in areas of project management.The ultimate responsibility for successful contract performance resides with the E2's COO and President/CEO who are firmly committed to customer satisfaction. E2 relies heavily upon an effective combination of project manager autonomy coupled with responsive corporate support to achieve the objective of customer satisfaction through superior performance.
